This is the only place for truck repairs on the DD15/16. Cullen gets us in and out with speed and without wasted time or money. The staff are all 5 star. I’ll not bring my truck to anyone else.

In the Westshore Mall in Langford yesterday at 12:45 pm. There was a lot of traffic which is to be expected at this time of year. The driver of this Cullen Vehicle was so impatient and in a hurry to park that he decided to drive over the curbing and crush the trees and landscaping in front of Petsmart. All so he could park a few seconds faster. This type of ignorance and disrespect all while driving a company vehicle is a real testimony to the kind of culture at Cullen Diesel.
Always have good service and the staff are knowledgeable. We have a western star with a older Detroit 60 series. Keeps us on our toes lol.
