The people that work there are great to deal with and some mechanics are nice too. The owners of this business are very hard to deal with. My business lost a lot of money because my machine broke down twice in a less than a year. Warranty covered it but they refused to exchange the machine or refund. I do not recommend business to deal with them maybe personally only

Very nice and friendly people
I went there on a Saturday morning to buy a trailer. Walked into store and the young lady st the counter was busy with another customer but had the courtesy to ask me what I was looking for a d directed me to the back, where the salesman was. That salesman ( I forget his name) was also with a customer but even with me walking circles around them browsing at various equipment couldn't even make eye contact too atleast knowledge me. I was ready to spend a good amount of money but I guess they didn't want it.
Bought a new CF MOTO U FORCE 1000 at the end of April 2020 suppose to come with 5 year warranty, I have had it in the shop 3 times already after only 4 months the drive belt broke took it back yet again only this time oliveira said 500.00 to fix it where is the warranty they claim it is not under warranty paid over 18,000.00 for what?????. I'm so disappointed with this purchase but when you pay cash and people has your money they could care less. Well I think the drive belt should last more then 4 months especially since we were complaining of noises that should not be there. I would never recommend Oliveira equipment in tilbury to my worst enemy and do not buy a CF moto anything because they have not returned any of my messages and I have left at least a dozen of them. I'm sick in my stomach after paying all that money for a piece of poop. To think of what else I could of done with all that money and I would of been happy. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rob just helped me out after I raised concerns over a purchase I had made through a former employee who really dropped the ball. Despite my frustration with the past problem. Rob listened and helped in a timely matter and apologized. He was able to refund my money until they are able to supply me with exactly what I need. I had my confidence restored. Thank you Rob you are a pleasure to deal with.
