READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY A TRUCK FROM THEM. I recently had a water leaking problem on my 2015 Volvo. A considerable work was done and it was discovered that water was leaking through the fire wall. After a lengthy repair to seal it, one of the sensor on the pass through plate was not reading correctly. I called Steve in parts and asked for a part number so I can send my wife to get it. To my utter surprise he would not give it to me!!!! I asked to talk to his manager -- Jodi, And to my disbelieve he refused to provide a part number too!!!! All that on the suspicion that I am going to buy it from somebody else. That hasn't even crossed my mind....These guys are not team players and you should think twice before you buy a truck from them. Their support to you down the road will be ZERO!! You will be getting a part number for your Volvo truck from KENWORTH!!!!!

They literally over charge the hours for service. I was there at 9 am for my appointment and they got my truck in at 09:30. It was ready with NOX replacement at 11 am. That is where they called me to pay and they billed me a labor for 3 hours. I argued and Chris Hale reduced 30 minutes but, I was still charged for 30 minuses extra. They steal your money and Chris Is the biggest rude in the pack. I Noticed this on a couple of occasions.
