Was referred here by a friend after a much less than optimal, high pressure salesman-porcine experience. Safe Home Fireplace were very competitive in price, efficient in installation, courteous, safe (in the COVID sense) and the finished product has transformed our rarely visited den into \the\ place my wife and I relax on a snowy evening. Very highly recommended!

Highest praise for Matt and the Safe Home team with our recent new fireplace insert. We shopped around and chose Safe Home to give us an in-home assessment. Matt was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and readily shared his opinion so that we were very confident with the Enviro E30 Clean Face Insert recommended for our space. Melissa was courteous and helpful and Mike and Charity were friendly and efficient with the install. They laid down a drop sheet path from the front door to the fireplace and left the place spotless when they were finished. Working from home during the pandemic, I was in online meetings much of the morning while they were here and they worked quietly and were done before I knew it. It was great to support an excellent local small business, the Enviro E30 Insert is a Canadian product, and the service was stellar. Would highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you.
From the very first inquiry phone call, to the showroom visit, site consult and installation, the entire process was very professional, and yet never felt like there was pressure to purchase their product. Matt came over to do site inspection and answer any questions prior to our purchase. He spent a great deal of time at our house and walked us through everything very thoroughly. Matt made a second visit to help me through my amateur framing project. It was obvious that Safe Home was very customer oriented and would take care of every detail. Anytime we reached out to Jennifer at the showroom she was incredibly helpful. Installers, Mike and ?? were so meticulous and respectful of house, ensured no mess was made or left. Have already recommended them to several friends.
I'm happy to recommend Safe Home Fireplace, Richa was great at answering my questions before hand and helping me choose a model, Matt and Mike did a great job with the installation and answering questions. Everything was done in a timely fashion and with minimal mess and respecting COVID precautions, and they communicated clearly. I'm very happy with the fireplace as well. It smelled bad for about a week but since then has been great.
So nice to find a local company that is responsive, and does what they say they're going to do. Matt and team are THE experts and frequently took extra time to explain not just what they recommended but WHY. In doing our renovation they were hands down the best supplier we worked with.
