I went in,told them what stove I wanted. they don’t tell you prices or anything. All rough numbers! Said,”you’ll have to get a consultation to get more info on installation and price points” I agreed, cause I wanted to see a break down of the cost and everything else thought it was foolish they couldn’t do it at the store. Should be able to show them a pictures A consultation fee of 172 just for some socially awkward dude to show up at your door just to not give you any info, prices , or anything. “That wall looks good” takes 2 pictures and asks what kinda hearth I wanted. I told the guy in the store what one I wanted,when I was there a week ago. The consultation process was the biggest waste of money ever Get my quote and just says final price upon completion. With the wrong stove listed on the sheet and saying I needed fresh air kit when the guy that came in and said “no fresh air kit required” so now I don’t have an accurate price and the quote you get is terrible.no price break down or nothing. So you don’t know where your moneys going could be getting robbed for all you know Was forced to buy a stove from them anyways in order to get my consultation fee back, never going there again for anything again don’t recommend anyone go here try the yellow pages for a more positive experience and better price point

Amazing customer experience, we called Sunpoke around 1:15PM and they closed at 2PM and we were still in Saint John, we then got stuck in traffic and didn’t get out of Saint John till around 1:45PM they stayed there for us to come purchase our Traeger Grill. Exceptional customer service!

Great customer service over the phone, they took their time to time to look up part number for a remote I lost and guided me in the right direction! I think it is important to recognized when a business is great at taking calls! Thank you for the service, will be back for new purchases!

Customer support is non existent. We have made appointments for them to come in and inspect the wood stove that they installed because I piece broke inside and they have missed all their own appointments and they never call to say they are late, or if they just can't make it. I don't know how they can manage to stay afloat on a business that does not seem to care about customers. If I had a choice to go back and not buy from them then I would in a heartbeat. So a warning to anyone looking at them to buy a stove. They won't help you if a part breaks or you just need help. They will take your money and leave you.

Fantastic customer service. Called from outside of province to ask for help with choosing the best heat source option for our family home. They were very quick to follow-up with questions we had and even arranged a quote for us to see shipping costs associated with delivery. I could not ask for a better experience. Would highly recommend this company.

I went with this company as they were the registered installers for the manufacturer of generator I chose to purchase. I do not recommend this company for many reasons.... The estimator/Owner, was hard to reach (rarely in the office), most calls I made looking for him, ended up having to wait for a call back. He did have a cell phone, but the number was never made available to me and instead I had to leave a call back message each time. Original install date could not be made because of a "mix up of dates". The sub contractor they hired for electrical was unprofessional, poor workmanship and came with no permits. I had to mention twice about not receiving the originally quoted transfer switch but another much cheaper one before the price was changed. The first time I mentioned it, I was told the installers grabbed the wrong box, but when the transfer switch was faulty or damaged during install (still unsure) and had to be replaced, the manufacturers replacement, based on what was originally ordered, the same cheaper one. I'd hate to think that it was done intentionally to increase profits, however the only other explanation would be a lack of knowledge of product.
