You were undoubtedly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and prompt with your timelines. Throughout the entire process you always kept my husband and I in the loop making it feel like a collaborative effort. I am especially appreciative that it was literally a "one-stop" shop with your services as not only did you guys install the fireplace but as well we were able to chose the stone work and the actual insert with you as well.
