I ordered a pair of glasses and lenses on December 14 and haven't received any emails or phone calls from the store. After over a month of unanswered calls and an email, I'm beginning to question the integrity of Phoenix Optical's customer service. On your website, it says this, \To best serve our customers we try to deliver products quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality\. Unfortunately after over month of waiting in the dark, I don't believe I've received the promised service. As a paying customer, I'm wondering if there is anything that ownership can do to make up for this customer experience.

Very pleasant experience w/Caroline. She is professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable & very friendly. She was all by herself & handled the flow of customers, as well as dealing with me, efficiently & with expertise. Thanks Caroline... keep up the good work!!! Can only give 3 stars, as that my experience with other employers (excluding Dr Lee, she is a gem), has not been positive, in fact it was a nightmare.
My son and I recently purchased multiple pairs of prescription glasses at Phoenix Optical. The choices of frames and options available for us were well explained and were extensive. I found the quality of the product was superior to many I have had in the past and I have been wearing glasses for many years. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and honest in their assessment of how the frames actually looked when wearing them which is what we wanted. We were so pleased we returned to buy a couple more pairs. Thank you Phoenix Optical!
I got a new frames from this store. I chose one frame that didn't have a label price on it, so I asked a lady for the price. She told me she'll look for it on the computer, but at the end she didn't look it so she made up the price of those glasses which are 300CAD, but she'll give me a discount of 100CAD. At the end I bought them for 200CAD and I didn't received any receipt. Later I saw the same glasses for 100CAD, so I tried to return the glasses. And the next lady told me there are not refunds because it's store policy. And she told me the policy is stated on the receipt. Receipt that I never received when I first bought the frames. And the first lady never told me about that policy of no returns. I just bough the frames without lenses and I never used them. I believe the store have to tell people about their policies and give them receipts after they buy from this store. I will not be back to that store and I recommend people to see prices before they buy their frames from this store.
The younger staff member with brunette hair is unqualified & the obese worker named Kathy is rude, flippant & condescending. A very unpleasant experience coupled with a toxic store vibe. I will not be back. Staff act like they are doing you a favor & lack any sense of decorum, professionalism & customer service skills. Wish I could give them negative stars!
