I am incredible happy with how I was treated as a customer at this location. Its hard enough going through this pandemic, but on the phone and even doing my mobile pick up I was treated kindly and the staff ensured that all of my needs were met. Thank you for making my customer experience so wonderful. I never leave reviews but this time it was so worth it.

Sally's Beauty Supply has a product label called Ion Silk Drops. I recently noticed that the container used to be with a pink cap and writing as packaging. They have changed this to Black,also changing the scent ,it used to be unscented and this product used to be really allergen free. Since this Change they have made This product has given me bad as really asthmatic, Irritates my eyes , and skin. Im so disappointed in this change of an added scent to this product . It was such a great product before and was changed. Hoping that Sally and Ion would bring back an alternative or bring back the original formula because the original was so good. Here is a picture of the old formula Pink cap unscented (The old formula was an awesome product and the new one in black cap and writing which has a weird perfumed scent added.

The staff seem to have trouble keeping track of curbside orders. ALSO they prefer debit to cash, but because you can't enter the store you're stuck using only Tap.

The woman working was so nice; I wanted help choosing a colour to dye my blonde hair darker and she chose the perfect colour for me, told me how to apply it, how long to wait for best results, and the product she recommended was cruelty free and worked so well!
