Sue, the owner of the business has been so caring and helpful for all my personal and family’s beauty needs since I was very young. She’s very helpful and offers great deals. Sue is also a great communicator and isn’t afraid to delve deeper into conversation to help you. There have been instances where she would kindly convince me not to do stuff to my hair, even if it means that she’s not making any business, strictly because it wouldn’t be good for my hair’s health. Sue is definitely a people person before businesswoman, and that is rare trait to see in the competitive retail marketplace! 10/10 SERVICE, BUSINESS, AND CHARACTER!

If any of you ladies are having problems with shedding and thinning hair, get your hands on this!! I use it the fibre and then spray to keep it in the hair. They carry most hair colours and have a smaller version if you want :)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Storefront worker will rush you out of the store for other familiar, frequent customers. Was rushed to chose items when a regular customer entered the store. Customer service is poor, providing sarcastic and arrogant replies. Not informative of products.
