Rubix provide us with a great experience from beginning to end in spite of any issues. When we arrived we were greeted politely and promptly told that they were slightly behind. This was not an issue for us, and the guy working was extremely apologetic. They had only just reopened from the lockdown and we understood that they were extremely busy and had a lot more cleaning to do than before. Right away the guy working presented us with 10% off coupons to use for our next visit for any inconvenience. They had a variety of board games to occupy yourself with during any wait, or if you arrived early. The place was easy to find with instructions and photo in the confirmation email, and it appeared to be well maintained in spite of a busy day. We had been to their old location and will definitely be returning to their new location due to their top notch customer service alone.

Tried this place last week and loved it. My group did the asylum and we all enjoyed it and the unique set up. We have all done escape rooms at different venues and the consensus was this was the best. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. They had comfortable couches and complementary Halloween treats while you waited. I would definitely come back :)
My first experience in an escape room at the Hamilton location and it was amazing! My two friends took me to try it and now I’ll be hooked! Super fun, cleaver riddles, super friendly staff. We had a man named Ryan who was super friendly and helpful! Loved that he kept our group laughing and made me want to go back. He hyped up a new room coming in a few weeks, so you can believe we will be returning to try it! 71920181920/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. Great rooms! We finished Murder at the Inn and were lucky to get into Asylum right after. Enjoyed both rooms, good for small or large groups. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. A variety of new health and safety protocols to make the experience feel even more safe!
My group did the asylum escape room. Super super fun!!! Would recommend anyone to check out an escape room for something fun to do with friends!
