Awesome kinda difficult but a good bonding experience for the family
The manager of this place is a joke. The old manager, Chris, was awesome. but this new guy who Im told is the ew owner\ has no idea what he's doing. This place used to be awesome but is just bad now. It's sad.
My teenagers love escape rooms and they have participated in more than twenty. Visited the \Exodus London Escape Room\ based on a recommendation from a family friend. Given all the hype, they were anxious to try this one. What a disappointment, on so many levels. 1) no staff to greet you (wandered around looking for who to report to for 15 minutes). 2) staff discourteous (no people skills, yelled at the group of teens who were simply excited to be there) 3) more expensive than any other rooms in London (group of 7 cost and extra 35 plus tax). 4) rooms were barren and dirty 5. Relies almost exclusively on pad locks rather than clever clues. 6. Wanted to charge me for a missing lock that I went back and found still in the escape room (trying to make an extra buck?). Bottom line is, there are way better escape rooms in London, with positive and professional hosts, that cost less and are more intelligently put together. Don’t waste your money.
Best escape room I have been to! The puzzles are the right kind of challenging I can't wait for the virtual reality game!
