This was my first escape room experience in Vancouver. It was super amazing! Me and my other 2 friends went to Arcade Frenzy room (the easiest room) and somehow we managed to finish it with skipping one puzzle in the middle idk how we did this lol. The room itself was fun and the puzzles were well created. Although it was the easiest room, it was a bit difficult but at the same time the level of difficulty met our expectations. Also, the most point i like is the fact the room designed in a way you know what to do next but you need to figure out how! Unlike some places that you get lost the min you enter and have no idea where to start. The only note I have is to extend the time from 50 min to 60 min like most of escapes room businesses. I tried other locations after, no one could provide the same experience I had here. Exit Broadway so far is the BEST. I definitely recommend this place

Fun group activity, good to do with more people rather than less. The room we were in was very creative. Glad they had some non spooky/creepy room. The staff were very positive and fun but they were overwhelmed with bookings. We were there with other groups and one or two things seemed out of order, but they had alternative puzzles. Better than other escape rooms according to people in my group. Convenient location.

Went to the Horcrux Mansion room and it wasn't the best. The theme is cool, however some of the gadgets in the room were not working properly, some of the tools they gave us to work with were not working properly and some of the puzzles itself were not properly done. I've been to more than 10 escape rooms and I do believe they could have done a better job. Just ask them the ratio of attempts vs failures and you'll understand what I'm talking about, as it is supposed to be one of the easiest rooms they have but it is the one that people fail the most

Our trip to EXIT was great!! we chose the easygoing Arcade theme, and the puzzles totally got our minds going as first timers. Not to mention the great room design/set. It's a perfect location to visit with friends or family as it requires teamwork to escape. Cheyanna was brilliant in helping us understand the concepts and briefing us on the rules of the game with her bubbly personality. We loved our experience! 10/10 would recommend :)))

Make a reservation!!!! Aside from that, they were wonderful giving us a touch of extra time when we found a piece of the puzzle broken to no fault of our own! With that touch of extra time we were able to solve it! They were so helpful and awesome energy and the room was definitely fun and challenging enough! I'll visit again!
