The entire staff were professional, polite and attentive to my safety at all times. Their system of spacing patients was most appreciated. I felt safe at all times. Dr. Yuen was thorough and explained all details of my tests. Rest assured that Richmond University Vision is the best place for treatment & care.

Dr. Yuen and the Richmond University Vision Care team operate an excellent clinic that is welcoming, friendly, and professional. The front office showroom is bright and spacious and the front office staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The decor feels modern, airy, and shows a pride of ownership. This is not your regular medical office. A visit to the office always starts with multiple tests. The technician is super patient, helpful, and explains everything that is going on. The tests are all in one room so you don't wind up crisscrossing the office multiple times. Following that, Dr. Yuen is incredibly attentive. I was confident that he was listening to my all of my concerns. After going through the regular diagnostics, checks, and tests Dr. Yuen took extra time to make sure that he had double checked everything related to my concerns. Afterwards he walked me through all of the findings from the pre-appointment tests done by the technician as well as his own tests and his findings. Dr. Yuen takes the time to explain using models and imagery that he has on hand to make sure that you really understand everything as he is explaining it. Nothing about the experience felt rushed or pushy. I've really enjoyed my visits to Richmond University Vision Care. For COVID-19 the pre-appointment screening process and level of care used by staff to test the temperatures of all patients entering the office and to sanitize everything being used made me feel incredibly confident about my visit. Just remember to take dark sunglasses with you, University Ave gets lots of sun.

I've been going to Richmond University Vision Care for years. I've had three different doctors depending on schedule and they are all through. They have the latest state of the art equipment. I highly recommend them if you need an eye doctor.
