Dr. Lloyd Ho is a great optometrist but his receptionists have to improve their interpersonal skills. They are rude and condescending. I had unpleasant experience with two of his receptionists in the past and Dr. Ho did not do anything about it. As a business owner it is his responsibility to make sure that his employees are trained properly and treat all the patients with the same respect.
Dr. Ho has a calm manner and helps my three kids feel comfortable during their eye exams. He is thorough and knowledgeable.
