I've been to 3-4 optometrists and I have to say, Richmond Hill Optometric is by far the best place. They have incredible customer service, super clean (this is important especially during COVID), location is convenient (right off highway 404). The optometrist and assistant were all professional, helpful and honest. The optometrist explained the condition and images of my eyes so I can understand, and not just tell me what I need. They've now been my optometrist for 4 years and I will continue to recommend them!
