I was originally looking for the hot pot style that you cook your own noodles and food. This place they cook for you and it's steamed on a timer on your table. Very classy looking place. It's not a cheap place but a good place. It's one of those combo for 2,4,6 places. Lots of fresh love seafood. I had a great server named Yika ask for her she speaks English, canto and mandarin. She explained what was in the food and I asked a lot of questions and she was able to be pleasant and nice. I would come here again with my family but not a 1 on 1 date unless it's a special occasion.

This place is my favorite. Super fresh seafood with natural flavor(no spice or sauce added). Especially the rice soup in the end. Love this place and definitely gonna come back soon. ( Also because my hat was left there...)
The food is quite fresh and the concept is quite cool, steamed hotpot! They had live BC spot prawn for 65 per pound that was extremely fresh. The service was great, they cook it for you if you do not know how.
Amazing staff who made the experience even better than expected. Our waitress, Yika, was extremely knowledgeable on exactly which foods were fresh for the day, what combos would be good for our party of 4, and made good suggestions as to what would be a good choice to steam/grill. The food itself may be on the less seasoned side at times, but this can be attributed to the type of preparation that is done, namely the simple steaming of all the food, and can be considered healthier and allows for you to truly appreciate the natural fresh flavours. We personally had some French crab that was extremely fresh and sweet, and geoduck that was delicious as well. Again, service was phenomenal and our waitress was personable, and helped us replace a dish of tenderloin when my mom mentioned it was slightly overcooked for our taste. Of course, this restaurant is on the expensive side, but makes for a good special occasion meal. Not quite the typical hot pot restaurant, but enjoyable nonetheless. Although the food flavouring was a bit lacking for my personal tastes, the experience more than made up for it.
A nice to try if you have never had steamed bot pot before. Ingredients were fresh (i.e. shrimps, clams) and of good quality but you do pay a hefty price for a moderate amount. Hong Kong has plenty of these restaurants at a much more affordable price.
Full disclosure, this is a rather expensive and pricey restaurant for dinner. It is what is called steamed hot pot. Not traditional in a way that you have a pot of boiling broth where you then put your choice of food, ingredients in but steamed in the sense that your food is cooked through steam of the soup that is boiling underneath. You can choose a wide range of items from their menu or go with their combos which is like a tasting menu or which you pay per person who is present. There is a wide range of meats, seafood and vegetables. The dessert is basis on the chef so only one type of dessert. (Our was a cheese mousse with fruits.)
Food is very fresh, good friendly service, a little bit , took my mum for birthday dinner here we all love the food
Came here on a weekday and pretty much everything was sold out. Crab was sold out, shrimp was sold out. Everything but mussels, clams and geoduck wasn't sold out. So sad, didn't get to fully experience the restaurant. The design and decor of the place is really simple and clean. The place is really big and very organized. Additionally, the design of the washroom is really unique and was very clean. Opinions of the food: Ordered the Beef skewers were really chewy and tough. Not recommended. Foie gras was ok, tasted similar to any other foie gras. The portion was small. Lobster was fresh but when steamed it lacked flavour. Had to use the soy sauce or fish sauce to enhace it. Geoduck is really good, it was fresh. It was eaten in two ways, steam vs. sashimi style. I preferred the steam version more. They offered two different sauces that accompanied this dish. One was fish sauce, the other was soy sauce both complimented the geoduck well. Service was good, the waiter were friendly and were able to explain everything to us. She pretty much cooked all our food for us too. As for the menu, they offer set meals and a la carte. Overall decent but pricey.
