Keiran helped me pick out some frames after an eye exam. This business is ran professionally with outstanding service. The team listened, made thoughtful recommendations and took covid-19 seriously. Amazing Service and extremely professional staff. Most of all No-Pressure sales tactics compared to other optometrists that we have visited in the past. My wife & I have been to other Optometry clinic’s in Richmond last 10 years. Kudos to Blundell Centre Optometry not overselling anything that you don’t require which is very rare these days. We saw Dr. Kemp and he is very kind and caring. He took the time to do the eye exams and a very experienced Optometrist. All the staff at the Eye Station are extremely friendly and professional. Especially Emilie was very helpful to us and super patient going through our two different Insurance coverage's to make sure that we get the best deal. Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work.
