I am giving a one star because it would not allow me lower. The problem that I had with them was that they are the professionals and they should have advised us better. We had a wood burning fireplace and we had to change because of the new laws. We went there and purchased a gas fireplace and they did not advise us to get an electrician in before they arrived to have a plug installed inside of the fireplace so we have a cord with a plug coming out the side that needs to be plugged in. It looks terrible. Also they came to measure and then when they came to install we had to bring in the front of the fireplace to have cut. What did they measure for? And then it took another to weeks before they came to to install it. We had to call to get them to find out if the cuts had been made. Really not impressed.

Excellent service. Produit livré avec une égratignure importante mais le propriétaire a aussitôt proposé un échange. Équipe d'installation sous-traitant très efficace mais impolis avec un voisin qui voulait simplement stationner son auto. Le produit lui-même, un poêle Blaze King haute performance est vraiment génial.

Nous avons que de bonnes notes à donner à Jean-Sébastien et Patrique pour l'ensemble de l'oeuvre..ils ont faits des pieds et des mains pour s'assurer que le produit rencontrait toutes nos exigences et ils ont été tout aussi efficace pour le service après vente ...ce qui prouve le professionnalisme de cette boite ...si vous planifiez vous acheter un foyer ou poêle ou BBQ mettez Keystone à votre agenda ...vous ne serez pas déçus !!!
