Amazing would pretty much sum up our experience. Vivian was delightful and helpful and accommodating, to schedule our two gas fireplace services. Tim arrived 15 minutes early, which was wonderful. It took about an hour per unit, which could be good or bad I don't know. But what I do know is he left no stone unturned in cleaning, adjusting and checking each unit. His thoroughness to detail seemed exemplary. Generally Tim was friendly, polite and professional, and his fee seemed very fair and reasonable for the service provided. What more could a customer ask for really. Very happy and would absolutely recommend Tim Lloyd to anyone.

Tim converted my wood to gas fireplace. It doesn't work after about 1 year and scarcely used at that. I paid a high price too. The fan was always noisy, the switch is connected to nothing apparently, and Tim doesn't answer my calls. Customer service? Integrity?
I highly recommend Tim Lloyd Fireplace - he arrived on time, was friendly, easy to have and did a wonderful job of fixing the issue with our gas fireplace and even gave the whole fireplace a good cleaning, including vacum the logs off! Great job!
