My family and I had travelled from the resort port of Erieau, on the north shores of Lake Erie, based on the recommendation of some phenomenal folks whom vacation there. I was born with an eye condition that has me seeing eye doctors more than most; and with saying this, I have also moved around quite a bit in my lifetime. I can honestly say that I have not had a better experience or more thorough exam. The Doctor there was exceptional, armed with the latest diagnostic equipment, where she took seemingly 3D pictures of my eyes, then took the time to explain the details of what those pictures showed. She then took me through a series of diagnostic tests, that some were familiar and others that surprised me. Finding a prescription here was unexpected also; never have I been put through such rigorous tests to pinpoint the most accurate eyeglass prescription I have ever had. You’d think that my story was done. Far from it. While waiting for my eyes to dilate, I was in good company; the staff and even the young family there were friendly and inclusive; I felt right at home. The eyeglass specialist, Crystal, was phenomenal! She had all the answers and helped me find the perfect pair from their extensive and up-to-date inventory, including some sunglasses. She was a true professional. I really cannot say enough....

I have never found a more thorough eye dr. She was amazing with my little guy who was nervous. She also did tests that have never been done to me before. Hands down! Highly recommended!
It was our first visit to Petrolia Optometry. Both my Husband and I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice especially the Dr. We are looking forward to getting our new glasses️
They were amazing! I had to get to get two pairs and they came in within a couple days. Extremely friendly staff and optometrist. Highly recommend!
I’d like to give them a better review but I’ve requested the mto forms they “send” to the ministry to be emailed to me but they will not respond to my emails
