Just called to get some information on a product and the sales rep was arrogant, rude, and seemed like He didn’t want to answer any questions. When you try and support local and get this type of service it forces you to go to the big box stores where at least you know customer service and satisfaction is held to A higher standard. Stay away from this place and I would not recommend this store to anyone. In fact, I will make sure that I tell as many people as I can to not shop here. You guys can learn something from Lowe’s or Home Depot with respect to treating customers with respect and customer service

We absolutely the best experience at the Fireplace Centre and Patio Shop! We were looking to install a wood burning fireplace insert in our existing fireplace. We shopped around at several other stores and the Fireplace Centre by far had the best service and most knowledgeable staff. Darren was very professional and attentive to our needs. He helped us through the permit application process and even guided us through the hearth installation (which we did ourselves). The fireplace installers arrived on time, wore masks and were very clean and efficient. We LOVE our Napoleon fireplace. It looks so amazing and the heat off of it is incredible. One fire and our furnace doesn't even come on. Our entire main floor is warm. The glass door is large so you can easily see the flames. We've already recommended this store to friends and will continue to do so. If we ever need patio furniture, we'll be back! Thank you Darren!
Great advice, friendly staff great location with actual inventory. I want to start with we should all work to support locally owned businesses. I had some questions about wood burning appliances and the necessary chimney. The staff here is knowledgeable and willing to help. They give great advice and help any way they can. I like that they will listen and gently correct my understanding whilst giving me guidance and helping me. This is why you shop locally. A good experience and I appreciate their time!
We shopped around for gas inserts ( for our 50 year old fireplace). We ended up with an electric fireplace that fit the bill perfectly! We didn't know these were updated to have a realistic looking fire and budget friendly! Darren was the most helpful and money saving salesperson we have ever dealt with. He saved us a lot of money and listened to what we needed. It looks perfect and we are thrilled! Thank you Darren @ Fireplace Center and Patio Shop.
We have just had a gas fireplace installed with mantle etc. An extremely professional company with care for the customer's needs and wants being top priority. Excellent prices, timely and clean work. We would recommend them to anyone who asks. Purchased a beautiful BBQ also.
