Horrible place for help! They don’t care for people who actually want to do better . I’m an aunt and I know first hand as I’ve dealt with the rude front desk employees and I’ve also dealt with case workers over the phone who neglect to do there job correctly simply by ignoring there clients once there family is involved . It’s all been documented and it’s disgusting and my voice will be heard . Shame on you all of you.

Ontario work is located in Service Ontario inside the bayside mall. The unemployment help area is gone. The only replacement I can think of is the goodwill career centre on London road. The staff is fairly nice most of the time at the help desks.(Service Ontario or, Ontario Works). Bayside mall is slowly reaching a point of change so, service Ontario will most likely be moved soon.
The people who work here at the front desk (for the most part) are typically kind and helpful.
