They are my benefactors as I have a disability. Never have I ever had a bad experience going there or talking to staff on the telephone. These people have made it almost seamlessly open making staff very approachable as hard as it is at times. Not once have I had a bad experience dealing with Ontario Disability Support Program. They're open honest an incredibly empathetic making stuff very approachable as hard as then it is at times. not once have I had a bad experience dealing with Ontario just ability support program. they are open honest and Incredibly empathetic which I'm sure is definitely an asset to have dealing with people who may be at times hard to deal with. Odsp has been a joke for me. My case worker only sees me during his open office hours Thursday 9 to 12am. While I am told I am entitled to a clothing allowance and how to get it nu other workers so I went out a bought the 3 things I needed buy my worker would not lay me when I gave hom the receipts. I wear briefs I had my family doctor write a letter of the amount I needed handed it to the office when mobility first did not bring me briefs I was told they were not informed. So.i looked into it and I was given a form to fill out that \they do not read letters\. This was just happening before the virus do I had to take the form to my dr once completed take it to the office and now I am waiting for a reply
The staff is awesome. They have good skills, great patience with any inquiry. Thank you so very much for being so kind and helpful. The government is making a disability a punishment and making it impossible to maintain work. Thriving forward in life is important to self care and self esteem The government should be ashamed and try to live on osdp income for 1 month. POVERTY\u003e\u003e\u003e\u003e\u003e
