Wish i could give 0 stars, the Sarnia Lambton CAS will lie and even falsify medical records in order to apprehend kids from good homes. Even when they find the homes are actually good they will double down and try to get the kids to lie about being assaulted to cover their own tracks. Katherine Boyle is you ever get her as a worker beware, she will do anything she can in order to take kids away from homes. She truly gets off on making parents cry and plead for their kids to not be taken. She is truly scummy.

I find that they don't help the kids that need it and yet they take kids away from families that they shouldn't. I have no love for CAS
I’ve never personally dealt with them but I know various people who have.... parents addicted to drugs, mental illness, physical abuse, and CAS doesn’t bat a eyelash to remove defenceless children. They claim to protect children but do very little. Not sure how they sleep at night while dealing with the worst circumstances knowing they did the bare minimum. The organization is pointless and has lost a lot of community respect. Too bad Doug Ford cant cut CAS, and add back funding to areas that actually make a difference.
They don't care about the children.
When you are involved CAS and you have vital and legitimate concerns with a family that !ends up having temporary custody of a child the caseworker namely Becky Dunn or her supervisor is never is available or your phone calls are NEVER RETURNED!
Never had to personally deal with them, however seen them in action. They take kids from good homes. Horrible organization, they do much more harm then good. I don't know how the people working there can sleep at night. That's my opinion anyway, never seen someone happy to hear CAS is coming. They put fear into every persons life, child or parent.
I would give 0 stars but it isn't an option on here.. They took (apprehended) our 24 hour old baby boy showing signs of being sick and not eating and still pushed his release from hospital. placed him immediately with a neglectful foster parent who is aparently a nurse noticing for 3 days he wasnt eating yet waited to find him unresponsive before bringing him back to hospital, he was then flown to London hospital and put on life support. as a result our son died before he made it a week old.. We will never ever get a chance to hold our son again.. Something they were worried happening in our care happened in theirs.. RIP our little Angel .. They ignored all of our input when we were taking care of these 3 foster girls they thought that our opinion did not matter and did whatever they wanted. For 2 years we asked for a child and youth worker, and for 2 years they said no, they said we didn't need one. A year later there was an incident where CAS and the police had to get involved and as a result one of the girls ran away. She would not come home for 5 hours and she did come home she protested that she wanted to leave and got her wish.
