You won't find a more professional fireplace store with competitive prices. Sam was very helpful & showed great patience as we decided on the unit to replace our wood burning unit. The take out & installation of the new unit were done with the utmost care & on time. I would say we had a complex installation. The employees & sub contractor were efficient & a pleasure to have in our home. The surround we chose & several trim pieces had to be specially ordered & Sam found a way to make that happen. We are now enjoying our new fireplace over the Christmas holidays. We have no hesitation in recommending Northern Fireplace.

In January of 2017 we replaced our 1990s gold gas fireplace with a black matte gas fireplace. Initially the product was great for the one winter. Now it's a 5 thousand dollar piece of art.. you can look at it but that's about it. Occasionally it will turn on other times we have to play with the switches for hours in Hope's it will turn on. Upon calling the company they said it has been over a year so they will not warranty it. Buyers beware of the poor service and terrible quality of products.
Sam and his team at Northern Fireplace where amazing to deal with. From picking out the right unit to fit our space to the install everything was a smooth transition. Everyone that we have dealt with during this process was very friendly and professional. Will deffinaltly recommend Northern Fireplace to anyone who is looking for a new fireplace.
