The fireplace is great the company needs to rethink their customer service. First, a 2,100 fireplace and they can’t include a 2 electrical plug. Assumed it would be included but had to stop installation and drive 20 miles to HomeDepot. Then, Wiring diagram in manual is incomplete and confusing. Very difficult to contact customer service. Very long hold times and not available on weekends. Turned out the correct diagram was pasted inside the unit but didn’t find that out until 2 days later. WHY WOULD THEY NOT PUT THAT IN THE MANUAL ? A good product from a so so company.
