Just had our fireplace serviced for the first time ever, only been here for 14 years, oops! The front glass was pretty disgusting. Ross arrived on time and was extremely efficient and explained everything in detail. Very pleased with the result, not perfect on the glass but we now know not to leave it forever before the next clean. Will definitely use One Stop in the future and a big thank you to Ross.

Moved into a new place that had a gas fireplace which I’ve never used before. The person they sent to service it, Daniel, showed me how to use it and did an incredible job cleaning it up. It looks like a brand new unit. Painted the back part, got rid of all the dust, and made the glass look new. I didn’t take a proper before photo (it was covered in white stuff) but the after photo shows it completed. For the inspection, cleaning, and servicing it was approx 145 including taxes.

We had our fireplace serviced by Ross recently. We were impressed with the thorough and professional job that he did. He explained remote control options to us to enhance our fireplace operation and we are so happy that we decided to replace our wall mounted unit with a remote control. If we could give 6 stars for this service we would!! We had Ross out to clean and service our twenty year old fireplaces this week, and once he was finished they all looked brand new. Incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of each of our 4 units and able to quickly troubleshoot issues. Friendly, experienced, and amazingly detailed work. We have had different companies come in the past to look at issues with our fireplaces and this is the first time that we have felt completely confident that we had called the right place. The woman who took the initial booking over the phone was so polite and friendly, and Ross is an absolute credit to One Stop Fireplace. From beginning to end, we were thrilled. We had out new gas fireplace installed today by Gord and Todd. They were very Courteous,very efficient and explained how to use the fireplace. Everything was cleaned up and you would not know they had been here. We are very thrilled the way the fireplace operates.
