Made this account just to post this review, my girlfriend and i are regular customers at this location, and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the ladies there, we actually live in Hamilton and come to this location simply because of the staff. they are always so helpful and make us feel very comfortable. even with the pandemic going on they go out of their way to help us, i think its great that they require masks, as someone with a health issue it makes me feel safe to shop. Thank you for always providing the best service!

Came in last weekend with my hubby for our anniversary and we were blown away with the variety of products as well as the knowledge of the ladies working. Even though they were really busy they took the time to check on us and answer all our questions, when we cashed out the clerk even went as far to give us a little demo on our purchase. Overall amazing experience and we can't wait for our next trip to Niagara.

I used to shop here frequently, until a couple of weeks ago I came with my boyfriend and I did not have a mask on as I have a heart condition that directly impacts my breathing/blood oxygen levels. My boyfriend however, did have a mask on. When we walked in, the woman at the desk barked right away \please sanitize your hands sir\. I generally like to hear \hello\ upon entering a business, but I guess that's no longer a thing here. We sanitized our hands, and I went right up to her as I wanted to ask if they had the product we were looking for. At first she was too busy to even look up at me, even though it was blatantly obvious we were waiting for her to lift her head up so we could ask something. When she finally decided to look up at us, I wasn't able to get a word in before she barked again, \do you have a mask\, to which I replied \I can't wear one\ and then said \well then you can't shop here. I can do curbside for you\. It wasn't so much what she said it was HOW she rudely and coldly told me that she wouldn't serve me. I turned around and left, and that's the LAST time I'll ever set foot there. It's bad enough to reject customers over being unmasked (it's not like I was coughing and sneezing up a storm all over the place). The WAY she said it, with an attitude problem like she's annoyed to even have to talk to me, annoyed to have to be there - that's what turned me off permanently. We decided to go to the Stag Shop down the street across from No Frills - the girl inside not only didn't even say a word to me, she was smiling and cheerful, and very helpful. That is what I consider good customer service. It's unfortunate that 1 lousy person can ruin an entire company's reputation so quickly, but I'm happy to take my hard earned money elsewhere!
