The customer service at this Hyundai is incredible. Tran, the product specialist, was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us out. He even drove use to the parking lot where Hyundai keeps its cars, just so we could take a look on a higher trim of the car we were initially interested. Moustapha, the sales manager, was extremely helpful too. He gave us a great deal and didn’t pressure us at all, as other sales people might do. I highly recommend this place if you need a new car. Great deals, impeccable customer service and very knowledgeable, nice and helpful people.

As someone who deals with anxiety, purchasing a car can really put a mind through some trying times. My experience with both the dealership and Jamie the associate that helped me out in purchasing a new vehicle made the whole process easy. Professional, conversational and didnt have a pressured approach. Folks, go see Jamie. He will do right by you into getting you into new vehicle. Thats what he did with me. Can't wait to pick it up.

2016 elantra I took the five year warranty when I bought it and installed factory remote starter which didn't come with any manual or instructions. I accidentally put my remote start into valet mode. So I called the dealer service department and asked how to unlock it. She said, make and appointment and bring the car in and there will be charge for it. I know that all mechanics put the car into valet mode before working on the car then unlock it. Very simple procedure. This is how dealers rip off the customers Here is instructions to all. Turn on and off the key five times until parking light blinks, do not remove the key ( I didn't see the blink but any way ) Then press the unlock button on the remote. That is all you need to do and do not pay for it. Dealer wants money for this.

We went to a few places and met several sales people. Kevin stood out! My partner and I came in together & Kevin was the only sales person we met at any of the dealerships to address both of us equally rather then just talking to the man (my partner). I also really enjoyed his demeanor - very kind and genuine.
