I had never been to the Hyundai dealership before, but after dealing with another local car dealership and having my personal information used without my consent, I decided I needed a change! How grateful i am that I did! I chatted by email, agreed to an appointment - visited the dealership and met Brent, and Karen and Scott! What a great friendly, easy to deal with group, Brent listened to what I was looking for, shared the financials with Karen who bounced ideas off Scott and - voila - I walked out 4 days later in a 2021 RED Hyundai Tuscon with an amazing interest rate!! Recently I had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Maple Ridge Hyundai. I’ve been buying cars since the 80’s and my experience here was nothing less than “White glove service” Originally, my wife and I had simply visited the dealership for a “key ring” and a “number plate holder” for her Tucson. One of the sales representatives “Wares” was only too happy to help. He made my wife feel at home and this was important as the Tucson is my wife’s first Hyundai. While there, I enquired about the Veloster n. I was advised to come back in two weeks as they would have a 2021 Racing Red Veloster n in the showroom. I did, and after a nice spirited test drive, I decided to see what it would take to pull me out of my Honda Civic Si and into the Veloster n. Between Wares, Jay and Karen, all I can say is that the car buying experience was outstanding. In fact all of the staff at MapleRidge Hyundai were friendly and accommodating and I really feel like I’ve joined a family. I’m now the proud owner of the 2021 Hyundai Veloster n in Ignite Flame and I’m proud to say that I’m now part of the Hyundai family.
