I had my fair share of grievances and I will not ponder upon them as that were dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. I received my car back in better condition that I had given it in. I work in the hospitality industry and I expect a certain level of customer service that I did not receive in the beginning. But Brian, the GM has turned around the experience for me. He was kind enough to ensure all those related in the repair of my car were on it and completed the repair as a kind gesture. Beyond that they gave me a loaner vehicle that was a Genesis G70. Beast of a car! And top-notch customer service and hospitality by Brian and all those involved in turning around the experience for me. The tiny details matter for a hospitality worker. The moment I received my vehicle back and was overwhelmed with joy and shock. Allow me to take you through them: Under the driver seat I forgot beef wieners and it would have been spoilt if not kept in the frige. They kept it in the fridge and returned it to me cold. The tissue box (Kleenex) in my car had the tissues folded for a styled effect like a hotel! The car was vacuumed and detailed making it look brand new again! Keep up the good work Team OpenRoad Hyundai and Brian!
I would recommend open road Hyundai to everyone who is planning to buy Hyundai , service or any other vehicle need. My issue was dealt with the sense of urgency and it was jackey who did that for me. I am very impressed with the service at this location. I came in looking for a car without having much knowledge about what I want. Sales associate Anna was very helpful and very knowledgeable despite being a new sales at the location. She was patient with my questions and lack of knowledge about cars and helped me find the best deals. I am very grateful for my experiment at the location.
