Been a customer and big fan of Napoleon for over 20 years now. Excellent products and after sales service. Just purchased a new Bayfield Gas Fireplace in Porcelain and it is stunning. Our Prestige BBQ still looks and performs like new even though it's over 7 years old. The BBQ Stainless steel grills are the best in the business. Thanks Napoleon.

Let me tell you in the middle of the night when our furnace went Kaput. I contacted Napoleon and my wife and l needed a new furnace l decided . Mr.Bill from Sales at Napoleon talked to me about a new furnace and with details information about our new furnace installation we got our furnace installed within 2 days. Bill went above and beyond for my family and he got things accelerated and within hours the Professionals Installer Tech ( E.H. Gas Services LTD were at my place and did the work and they also worked above and beyond explained to me how things work and technical information, and ensuring l understood. l went to Tim for a Coffee run for them l was very happy and proud to have deal with these great Professionals . My name is Louis Laplante and l strongly recommend Napoleon and E.H Gas Services Ltd for your needs. We have a very high efficient furnace now and the only downfall is my wife is not a cuddly as she was without heat, loll

Would be nice if they posted on their website that they are only accepting patrons from the Barrie area. We checked their website for COVID protocols before we went, drove an hour to get there, then got turned away at the door. We have no issue with their protocol, just wish it was more readily advertised

I would give a zero rating, or negative stars if it was possible. Absolutely atrocious and unacceptable service. Our fireplace that is only 2 1/2 years old is discharging black smoke from the exhaust, and we have left now six messages for the service team with no call back. This is spanning over a two-week period. I don’t care if these were the best fireplaces on the planet, I would never consider another Napoleon fireplace, and would strongly advise interested parties to look elsewhere.

Good things come to those who wait. For all the reviews out there I can tell you. Your BBQ will come. When ordering they were up front about the wait. 8-10 weeks and they were right, just over 8 weeks and I had my new Napoleon. Setup was pretty easy as the only “hard” part was putting the bbq on the stand. Otherwise even in November the bbq works great .
