Hi , today we ordered 2 hotpot from you guys but on doordash app and so the picture that you guys posted for the hotpot every items are separated but when we received it , everything got mixed together(the meat choice and the vegetable choice) it looks really unappetizing, can i ask why if is for a hotpot , why you guys put all the stuff together??Its HotpotFresh meat, fresh veggies NOT ALREADY MADEEE!!! Like seriously??I mean if I knew it supposedly to be mixed like that when we ordered from home , i wouldn’t even order ! Atleast write it on the app that its not the same hotpot as eating at place , so people wouldn’t be miss understanding!!!

Very good!! Many different choices of broths from spicy to not spicy (tomato, tom yum, mushroom...). Variety of vegetables, different types of tofu and meat like lamb, pork, beef. You can also make your own sauce to dip what you've cooked. As dessert, there were cookies and canned clementines. Service is good.
Super cute burners I love the owner. My fav AYCE hotpot place!! They have yummy self-serve side dishes and deserts too!!
Excellent experience overall! Service was great and patient in explaining the process. Food was delicious. It's all you can eat, except you pay an additional for certain items and for the broth. You cook thing on the boiling broth bit by bit. A fun and involved way to have dinner with a group.
This is a hotpot all-you-can-eat place. There's fixed price per person and extra cost for the broth you choose. You can share a big pot or have individual pot. Note that the big pot seating is only available on the lower floor, not on same floor as the buffet trays which makes it a bit less convenient going up and down the stairs. The servers take paper order for raw meats. For veggies, seafood, cooked food, sauces, soft drinks, plates, all are placed for self served. Good food, good service. Just the place is a small and is on 2 floors. Expect that your clothes will smell a lot when leaving.
Cozy place for hot pots. Has two floors so there's a lot of seats but the place gets full very rapidly. And since it is an AYCE, people can stay here for a decently long time. The variety of food is decent, as big as other hot pot places if you have been to any. Basically a large variety of vegetables and noodles. Surprisingly, they also have a lot of choices for the soups, which distinguishes this place from others. For dinner, it is 22.99 per person plus the soup that is divided bu the amount of people. The soup is around 7-8. Another great thing is their selection of seafood. They have shrimps, squids, octopuses, clams and more. Overall, it is a decent place and I emjoyed my experience here. The service on another note, is nice. They are very patient but they sound very tuckered out.
The service with the 2 girls was really good. We were impressed by the kindness and attention. Soup and food was delicious. During this COVID time, we felt comfortable to eat here. I would recommend this place.
Very good original hot pot. Very good price and very clean. Following strict guidelines with a great customer service! Thanks for those countless times. Can only recommend and I will go back with family and friends.
