Incredible service and knowledge from Rachel, and amazing follow up by the owner Ryan, who called me the day after I ordered the ring, to tell me he would have it ready a week earlier than expected, as to fit my original plan for proposal. That is service with a personal touch! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for that special piece, for that very special someone in your life. The ring is beautiful. Rachel helped my husband and I find the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands. I showed her some pictures of rings I liked and from there they created a gorgeous custom engagement ring and band. After reviewing the 3D renderings and being uncertain about a few things Rachel had a wax mold made for me to try on so I can see exactly how my ring would look. After I received my ring the prongs were a bit bulky for my liking. Bijoux quickly worked with me to reshape and thin them out making my ring perfect. Ryan was really helpful with guiding me to choose the right gallery for my eternity wedding band. We will definitely be back to Bijoux!
