Ericka, was outstanding. I live in Prince George and our location closed so I contacted Ericka at Grande Prairie with help on getting my bracelt repaired. I ended up shipping my bracelt to their store, and instead of sending my braclet away to get fixed she just replaced it with a new one and shipped it back to me. I was so happy as it was my anniversary gift last year, and cried when it broke out of no where. Ericka had went above and beyond and I thank her for everything she has done. I will forsure contact her again if I need anything, Thank you again Ericka

When we first walked in the store we were greeted by Courtney who gave us her full attention and learned what I liked. Then she actually explained everything to her co-worker Debbie on what we were looking for. Debbie had a lot of patience with me as It turns out, I'm very picky with rings, and she was just an overall awesome person!

Big shout out to Joyce for doing what she could to resolve an issue with the engagement ring I recently bought. In the end, we weren't able to find a suitable replacement. I appreciate how painless she made the whole process for us. Highly recommend dealing here! We will be checking back for new inventory to see if the right ring can be found :)

My beautiful cousin found the love of her life. His name is Jessie and he ordered a beautiful engagement ring on line during this covid pandemic. They have not received the ring, Peoples blames the delivery company, UPS blames peoples. Peoples refuses to refund the money, send them a new ring or give them an instore purchase. Our family is mad we are reaching out to the news, radio, pretty much any platform to get atleast Jessie's money back. Oh so very unprofessional, disgusting, dont order online because when a peoples staff pockets it or the delivery steals it you get nothing but a ring around. Pathetic.

If I could give this location a Zero that’s what I would be giving!! This is not based on 1 o assign and not even 2 BUT 3 separate occasions they have had the chance to right their wrongs and I’m sorry have failed Miserably!! After spending 800 on a Mens Bulova watch & 600 on a chain & pendant plus a men’s Ring all in one visit !! So 1st issue...... was told to spend 80 on a warranty for the ring and that would also include the sizing the ring got sent out after being measured by Staff INSTORE the ring came back wrong.... 2nd occasion the store tried to charge 80 to have it sent back out and when I refused and put up a stink they agreed to fix the sizing issue after days of arguing on the phone got ring back and all is good.... NOW 3rd.... clasp broke on Necklace in less the 90 days on a 600 chain and anchor pendant My girlfriend called in was told could be fixed Instore blah blah blah.... So off I go yet again against my better judgement to get it fixed as I absolutely love the chain! Get to the store to be told Zero warranty and would have to be sent off and I’d be occurring ALL costs to have it repaired!! I picked the chain up and walked out Rather angry!! I went to Northern Good & Diamonds where the owner promptly not only sold me a MUCH better clasp then the original installed it in less then 10 mins and 16 later I’m on my way!! WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME AT PEOPLES AGAIN and Northern Gold & Diamond locally owned will be getting ALL my business he’s not only knowledgeable does all repairs Instore in front of you!! You can make your own decision but I know where my hard earned money will be spent snd it WONT be at People’s In the mall!!

My son came in with me to Christmas shop, (Hes 5) the associate dealt directly with him and treated him like he was a real person, not just some kid. She made him feel important until he picked the perfect gift! Showed him all the pieces he wanted and took his opinion seriously. Made my sons shopping experience so fun for him. I cant remember her name but she was wonderful! I also think their selection and price point is one of the best.

Many horror stories here. Too many to write about really but the main focus here is never to have jewellery worked on from them. Half of them don't know the rules of Vera Wang warranty with regards to sizing and stone placement/setting. And as others have said your stuff will come back wrong and most likely have loose stones. We have even overheard employees admit the jeweller they work with is horrible in front us. I do have to get semi yearly inspections done here to uphold my warranty. They offer to clean your expensive pieces with a tooth brush that looked like a bear mauled it. Seriously replace that gross thing. We specifically goto other people's stores do have warranty/service work done with actual knowledgeable staff. If you care for your pieces as we do, we sincerely suggest you do the same.
