Absolutely loved our experience at GMG picking out a new wedding set for our 25th anniversary. Their selection was outstanding and Darcy was so helpful and patient as I tried on ring after ring. He has an excellent knowledge of the designers and diamonds they carry which made choosing my rings very easy considering all the choices I had. I highly recommend GMG based on their wide selection of jewelry and knowledgeable employees. Ask for Darcy, he was a pleasure to work with.l

What can I say! Robert was amazing resource and so knowledgeable !! He definitely made the entire process take on a more casual feel to it, from the style selection to stone options He was definitely is not pushy or " sales-y " , I felt relaxed and that his interest genuine in finding exactly what I was looking for was his priority . The end product turned out better than expected , it was literally outstanding. No mistake about it will be back finish off the set :)
Sandy helped me and my Fiancé through our entire experience with picking an engagement ring. She was very helpful, accommodating and patient with my requests. She was able to mix and match design ideas which allowed me to have a custom ring. When I made change requests, without any hesitation, she helped make them happen. Jan and the team at GMG are absolutely incredible. I had my upgrade done with them despite living in Calgary. A friend of mine here INSISTED they were the best in the bizz and she wasn't wrong. Jan made me feel appreciated, valued and helped me since the moment I emailed her. I think she even responded at like, 9 pm the first night of correspondence. Jan communicated every step along the way but where I found she provided so much value and customer service is she kept me in the loop the entire experience. At many points she would send pics and videos of my diamond, but she would even show me how it would look with my current set and even send me different angles and the before and after. I had my rings designed and purchased through a shop here in Calgary but I will only trust GMG going forward with all of my diamond and jewellery purchases. This was such a huge purchase for us and I'm so happy that I chose GMG because Jan made this experience memorable and incredible. I wish I could give them a million stars, I'm so happy with the result!
Sandy at GMG was an incredible help and went above and beyond. She kept in contact with me for months, giving me constant updates, and even taking the time to prepare pages of paperwork to send my Tacori ring to L.A. She provided this level of service for a simple resizing of a ring. I was so impressed by her effort and commitment despite the minimal revenue it generated for the store. I live over an hour away and I am always willing to take the drive whenever I am in need of a jeweler. You will always be welcomed with friendly and knowledgeable staff and you will never leave disappointed.
