Excellent customer service and work. Problem and fixes were explained thoroughly and made me feel that my car was well taken care of. Was'm, my service advisor was very professional. Excellent work done by service tech, Desmond, on the vehicle. Very satisfied customer.

Absolutely disgusted by the service I received today (Nov 13 2020). Normally I do all my own work on my car, but since the weather is chilly I decided to get some scheduled maintenance (brake fluid rear diff fluid) done at the dealership. When I got my car hope I popped open the hood and noticed that there was brake fluid spilled in a few locations, along with a piece of insulation that the mechanic left in the engine bay. Normally I wouldn't care about spilled brake fluid in the engine bay, but when I closed my hood I noticed that the mechanic also spilled it on the paint of my car and didn't clean it up! I quickly tried to wipe it off, but the fluid had already eaten though the clear coat. This is absolutely unacceptable from a dealership with professional mechanics. The mechanic even managed to get some on the hood of the car, which has also damaged the clear coat. To top this off, I received a txt message from the dealership when the service was finished saying that IF paying by credit card, you could pay online to prevent the spread of Covid. But then I went to pay at the cashier and was told that they don't accept cash at all... OK.. so update your automated sms message to explain that only credit is accepted. Their tap limit is 100, so think of how many people are pressing those buttons on their debit machine each day... nobody cleaned the machine before asking me to pay..

I had such an excellent experience working with Mecca on the purchase of a (fairly new) used car. Mecca was a true professional who worked with me to find a vehicle with the features I wanted at a price within my budget. I had a few minor concerns about a scratch on the vehicle, and Mecca and her team were quick to make sure that my car was in perfect condition before pick up. I would highly recommend working with Mecca on the purchase of a used vehicle. She was courteous, fair, and made the process as seamless as possible in a no pressure environment.

this was my second time purchasing a vehicle in my life as I am only 21 years old. Previously I purchased from a car lot where they used intimidation tactics to sell me a vehicle. Although they were successful in selling me a car, I was nervous to purchase another vehicle and felt very stressed and uneasy coming out of that experience. This time around, I came to Mississauga Hyundai and received my experience from Nansy. From the moment we began talking she was very knowledgeable, high energy and full of integrity. She made my second experience purchasing a vehicle a confident one and was excellent at helping me find something that was what I wanted. After we found what I wanted, she worked some incredible magic to get me the price that was absolutely unbeatable by any other dealership and for a much better vehicle as well. After negotiating and making me feel at ease with every part of the process, she went through the paperwork and would not move on to other steps until she was sure I fully understood every aspect of the paperwork which was well appreciated. the day I picked up my vehicle she was so excited which made me very happy. I am glad to say this is the best experience I have had, and even my father, who was there to support me and has purchased many vehicles in his life, was highly impressed by her integrity, knowledge and honesty.
