I recently bought a barbecue from MHC. Ray was extremely knowledgeable about the various product choices and also very accommodating. When the barbecue was delivered, I noticed that one of the parts was not included in the box. I called MHC Home Comfort and rather than forcin me to wait over a week for Napoleon to send me the part (it wasn't MHC's fault, after all), they offered to the same part from their existing inventory and deliver it to me the next day. It's the company's response when things don't go as planned that defines its quality of service. MHC is best in its class.

Great selection of fireplaces. They didn’t have TV stand fireplace at the store but they ordered for me and delivered as promised. Great customer service. I highly recommend it.

Before you buy a fireplace or bbq.... stop in here. I priced similar units at other stores but continue to come back to this one. Ray has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Really nice people to deal with... very laid back... no high pressure sales. The showroom is large and worth visiting to see such a large selection of working models. You won't be disappointed.

Mississauga Home Comfort MHC) quoted and installed a furnace for us. We had other companies quote, but we ended up choosing MHC because they are local (25 years in business) and frankly they were just the best to deal with during the quotation process. Matthew was our sales rep and he was great. Fred was our installer and he made the installation look easy even though we knew that our installation was not typical. All together we highly recommend MHC in the future - we are very pleased with their work.
