Started visiting this store last year and can say that this is one of the best in the market. Jay is very friendly and the shop houses some of the latest glasses out there in the market. I have recommended the place to my friends as well and they, also, had only good things to say about their visit. Jay, keep doing the good work buddy!

Have been visiting this store for the past 14 years, when a friend highly recommended them. In the past 14 years I have recommended Kanda Optical Heartland to many of my relatives and friends and always received positive feedback. Only twice in the last 14 years, that I was not satisfied with the glasses and on both the occasions Jay was more than happy to help fixing the issue, even when he had to incur extra costs out of his pocket. Although, I never felt the need to visit any other optician, but I can confidently say that they are the best in customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Kanda Optical Heartland, to all my friends and anyone needing sunglasses or glasses in the city.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The welcoming atmosphere, along with the wide selection of both glasses and sunglasses is unmatched. When it comes to glasses, I am the most indecisive person and I like to try on almost everything before I make my purchase. Jay and his team were so understanding, polite and reassured me to take my time. I ended up getting a beautiful pair of Bvlgari sunglasses that I hadn't seen anywhere else! I will most definitely always go back to this place.
