Their staff and the owner are second to none! Yes, they have an amazing and interesting selection of frames, but you could find that in several Toronto stores. It is their friendly, needs-oriented approach to finding the right frames, and more importantly, the best lenses for you, that makes Opticianado a standout shop. Here is an example. One of their opticians, Sam, once spent almost an hour with me to customize progressive lenses because I was having difficulty with lenses provided by another optician. The difference was like night and day. Really! Throughout the process, she was friendly, caring and very very patient as we explored the options.

Highly recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful; there is an excellent selection of good quality frames. I was always welcomed by the owner and staff hen going back for any adjustments. They really offer a genuine five-star service.
If I could give more stars I would! This place is by far the BEST eyewear shop! It's taken me a while to find an eyewear store that truly try to match you with the best frames for your style and shape while also being honest when something does not suit you. Yes, I spent a bit more then I normally would when purchasing my glasses but I 100% agree that the experience, time, and care that they put into their clients and product are more then worth the price. If your deciding where to go, trust me when I say you won't regret coming to Opticiando!
I live in the Junction and couldn't be happier with having Opticianado so close to our home. Over the years I've purchased a few pairs of eyeglasses and sunglasses as well as had my eye exams completed here, and they are always first class professionals in everything they do. My particular eyesight has caused me problems over the years and I finally have the right pair of eyeglasses that help with my astigmatism. And the selection of eyewear and ambiance is also amazing!
