From the get-go, the service was exemplary — easy appointment booking process, thorough and detailed eye examination and helpful and courteous advise with picking the new pair of glasses. Special mention to Darren Wilson for his thoughtful assistance and recommendations particularly in customizing the glasses to cater to my needs and expectations. In sum, highly recommended. Would visit again for my future eye-care needs.

I was helped by the Manager Darren Wilson and I really appreciate his commitment to help me to find the best prescription glasses according to my needs. Worst experience EVER! Do not use them. They (staff) are as cold and sterile as a block of ice. I waited 10 years to get my eyes examined and glasses ordered. I had the money to pay for the exam, but they refused to serve me with l owing my inaurance(which doesn't cover the exam) and I kept telling him and he wouldn't listen. He played dumb and he lost my business. Do NOT use them. Go to a reputable vendor.

Fantastic experience. I just emailed for an appointment got it quickly for the next day. I had a thorough eye exam and then got my prescription lenses with all detailed and meticulous measurements. I brought my old frame for the new lenses but the frame accidentally got broken in the store. Darren told me no worries choose any frame you like from the store to replace it, free of charge! He is a true gentleman. I am very much satisfied with the service and will recommend it to every friend I see.

Had an awesome experience here. I haven't had my eyes checked since I was like 18 - but even then I know it didn't come close to how technical and professional these guys are. Dr Bugescu was wonderful and so were the rest of the staff.
