First time coming here and have to say.. everyone working here is amazing. Dr. Fabian truly cares about his patients and goes out of his way to help you understand any underlying issues. Made me feel very comfortable and he's really thorough! I've been to other optometrists in the past and it's a world of difference in professionalism and care. The staff working there are also very friendly and professional - very easy to reschedule and always send reminders which is really appreciated. This is going to be my new optometry and will recommend this place to all my friends and family! Thank you again. 5/5 stars

I am so thankful for Dr. Tai and Associates. Our son did a year of vision therapy at the office, and it has made a world of difference for our son, his vision, and our family. Our son has a number of vision challenges, and at one check up Dr. Tai suggested we do a test to see if he could benefit from Vision Therapy. I was reluctant at first. We had tried a number of things already for his eyes and I thought \This is just another thing we are going to try and we will be back at the start.\ However, he's our son, so we did the testing and listened to to the results because, like all parents, we wanted the best for him and to do what we could to help him. The testing was long and the appointment where we got the results was even longer. That appointment was so eye opening for me (pardon the pun). Through even the testing, I could see, I mean REALLY SEE, what it was like to see like him and how that must feel living like that. And then other things became clear - maybe that is why he is so tired all the time? maybe that's why he's so grumpy all the time? maybe that's why he throws up a lot? So, we signed up for vision therapy. We committed to 48 weeks with his therapist Helen. Best decision ever. Not only did his vision improve, his mood and temperament improved. AND, he hardly ever throws up anymore. Jack Graduated a few months back, and I miss it. Every now and then we do a few of the exercises Helen taught us, you know Use it or lose it. If you think you want to know more about Vision Therapy, I highly, HIGHLY recommend talking to Dr. Tai and Associates about what it can do for you or your child.

My daughter was referred to Dr. Fabian Tai's office for double vision assessment. The assessment was a very interesting and enlightening. Through various tasks and methods Dr. Tai and his team showed us that sight is affected by so many factors, including the body positions and brain connections. He met my daughter for the first time but during the assessment he was able to point out certain things in my daughter's every day behavior, that I could not believe my ears. That is when I realized that Dr. Tai is a TOP LEVEL professional in his field and it is worth trying out his method of vision therapy. I always believed in science and decided to be open minded. We started our therapy in September 2020. My daughter's therapist Stephanie is as equally amazing, supportive and knowledgeable. She is the reason my daughter LOVES coming to therapy sessions and wanting to come back. After the first three months of consistent therapy sessions and homework, we had another assessment and we could not believe the results we achieved. My daughter has always had good marks at school but she was never fond of reading or doing any type of close work. This year, she is an A student, she loves reading, she loves writing and she stays focused for longer periods of time (she is 10 years old). The double vision symptoms are slowly but surely improving. I can confidently say that vision therapy has definitely contributed to this. We continue the hard work and we are sure that we will get my girl's vision where it is supposed to be very soon. I really hope that people stay as open minded as my daughter and I are and wishing everyone the best of health!

We continue to be impressed with the care and dedication provided by Dr. Tai and his staff, (especially Vivian). We have witnessed first-hand the positive impact Vision Therapy can have on the personal growth and development for our daughter. To say the least, it has been wonderful experience working with Vivian on a weekly basis, both in person, and remotely with the onset of the Covid pandemic. We could feel how personally invested she was into our daughter's progress, and her demeanor was always encouraging, supportive and positive. Without going into personal detail, we strongly believe that through Vision Therapy we have helped provide our daughter with the foundation and support for her to thrive, and we are incredibly grateful for Dr. Tai and Vivian for helping us give her that gift.

just wanted to let you know they ripped the money and forced to make eye glasses from here fee was 150 to do a detailed exam which will be used as a bench mark for other tests. The Eye exam itself was 149, so spending another 150 was something i wasn't prepared, so i declined the offer. She then tells me, we have 2 other tests that i could consider and they were 80 and 40 dollars and if i wanted to go ahead with those instead. At this point, i was a bit annoyed because i wasn't informed by Dr Fabian Tai of what these tests were (or benefits) or even told that there were cost associated with it. It sort of felt very sales oriented and things were not made very clear to me never go back to him again toal they charged 600 from us.
