As a customer I've been going here for the past 20 years and never had any problems until now. The new receptionist there is very rude and not helpful. One day I couldn't see anything and needed to see the doctor right away and she didn't care. Then they charged me 60 just to put a drop in my eyes. Very poor service.

Very poor scheduling of appointments for eye exams. 45 minutes late for what was supposed to be a 10 30 appointment! They are scheduling too many patients and not respecting the time of their customers.
