EVA DRYFHOUT

I just wanted to let you know that my visit this morning exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming which helped me feel at home right away. Dr. Mao took the time to get to know me and to talk about my concerns. He explained everything very well and took the time to explain next steps. The staff was helpful while picking out frames and options for lenses for both everyday wear and sunglasses. Thank you again for a great experience. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. I want to share my story with a staff member here. I suddenly started seeing floaters in my eyes. I called several eye doctors' offices but they just told me that they do not accept a new patient or they are fully booked (even though I explained my symptom). When I almost gave up finding a doctor (and I had no idea about how serious my symptoms are), the staff here suggests me to go to the urgent care at St. Joseph. It turns out that I had several retina tears, which can lead to blindness. I got a surgery on the day when I visited the urgent care. Without you (sorry, I do not know your name), I may lose my life. I cannot thank you enough!!!

I love Dr. Mao’s office. He is amazing and his entire staff are wonderful. He is a patient and wonderful optometrist and I feel lucky to be one of his patients. He also has the best prices on frames and lenses I’ve seen. I would highly recommend his clinic to anyone.
