Great customer service. They took care of my sons glasses that he broke timely and without issue. I was very impressed by their willingness to get it done right on the spot without an appointment and he was able to have glasses again without delay.

I had a great first time visit experience. The appointment set up was easy, the interactions I had over the phone and in person were stellar. I will keep going back!
After moving into the area we went with the first optometrist we seen which was unfortunately for us... Not this one (big mistake). Before moving here we had went to the Glencoe Optometrist for over 10 years so when we later discovered that the Westmount Optometrists was in relation and just as great, we were over the moon and they did not disappoint once we switched. We discussed over the phone that my young son is Autistic and has a lot of difficulties sitting still and following directions which can make tests like this overwhelming for him. They told us that it wouldn't be a problem and they were right! They were extremely patient and made the experience fun for him. Answering all of his questions! He was not happy finding out that he needed glasses but they did their best to warm him up to the idea and now he wears his glasses with pride! The optometrists also did a great job easing my husband into his first eye doctor appointment in over a decade and I look forward to the day I can make mine once the pandemic settles down.
The entire process from online appointments to eye exam was first class. The entire staff, techs, Doctors, etc. were diligent in their efforts with the Covid-19 pandemic. The facility was well cleaned and I felt at ease and safe.
Dr. Rickert is awesome. She is very thorough and professional and took her time to answer all my questions. She spent extra time with Kelly (optician) and I as we were discussing options for glasses and sunglasses. Kelly really made it very easy for me to make the decision to purchase glasses and sunglasses. Very appreciative of all the assistance provided.
