My husband went to Old North Optometry and had a great experience! Everyone was practising safe COVID protocols, and the staff was amazing. Very kind and personable. Easy to talk to, and answered all questions! First time appointment was quick and efficient. Parking was free and easy to find a spot. Upon booking the appointment, the receptionist was so thorough and so kind. You can tell she's great at her job. Can't say enough good things! :)

Not very considerate in terms of setting realistic expectations for length of appointment times. Told us the appointment would only take 1 to 1 1/2 hour to complete, ended up taking 2 1/2 hours and I almost missed another appointment. The overall organization and management of these appointments could be handled a lot better. Everyone who worked the front desk were very nice to talk to.
Excellent Customer Service. Huge selection of up to date frames. Very detailed eye examination. Such an enjoyable experience. Thank You!!
I had a great experience here. Dr Pepe and her staff were helpful and courteous and willing to make the right things happen around the purchase of lenses. Love this place , the frame selection and the people who work here.
