I was referred to Whites by a friend. After confusing myself by shopping elsewhere the guys at Whites took the time with us to really help us understand grills and what we wanted out of a new one. After several visits we purchased a new Jackson because of the size and type of grilling we do. Beyond happy. And the way they helped us out after purchasing the grill is above what most stores are willing to do. Customer for life. I won’t need a grill for a long time but I will need accessories and I know where my first stop will be. Thanks again Travis and the gang at Whites!

Wasn’t very helpful in terms of fireplaces. Limited options and salesperson was not very personable and didn’t really know anything. Will see if their fireplace “specialists” will call us back.

Excellent inventory of quality BBQ's, smokers and replacement parts. Knowledgeable staff. Good job adhering to covid-19 protocols (they keep the doors locked and open them to control the flow of customers). I can't speak to their servicing of BBQ's hence 4 rather than 5.

I did quite a bit of research before venturing into stores and when I got to White's, they were just fantastic to deal with. They were highly knowledgeable, passionate about their products, and very helpful, wanting to make sure I got the right thing that would suit me. And they had great prices to boot. It made the final decision easy. Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
