Very professional service! I went there after failing to obtain the right progressive lens glasses at another chain. All my concerns and special needs were addressed with the frame and lenses. I got the perfect glasses after 10 days. I recommend this place.

I have been wearing glasses for a number of years and choosing glasses has never been an experience I look forward to. However, my most recent experience has changed that. I went to Hakim Optical at Kanata Centrum for the first time and was warmly welcomed by the manager, Armand. He asked what type of frame I was looking for, and after listening to me, proceeded to find three pair that I was more than happy to choose from. Within 20 minutes, I was getting back in my car, having felt totally respected, never pressured, and looking forward to returning to pick them up. When I went back to pick them up, I received another very warm welcome. Armand said if there was any problem not to hesitate to come back. After wearing them for a week, I needed one slight adjustment and I returned. I was never made to feel I was a problem. It was a totally positive experience and I shall look forward to dealing with this particular Hakim Optical in the future.

As of October 3rd this location does not have an Optometrist - sorry that is not true they have an Optometrist, but they are on an indefinite leave of absence.
