I don’t recommend for the simple fact that they don’t call you to cancel if the dr doesn’t show up! I live in Harrison and drove there for my apt and arrived for them to say o sorry ya the dr hasn’t been here all day we have to reschedule! I cancelled and went to a different eye dr!

The customer service, prices, and selection of frames were all equally incredible! The optometrist was quick & kind and the ladies on the floor were so helpful and patient. Usually I can't find even one pair of glasses I like but this time I found three and got a great price with their specials they had. Can't beat 90 for an exam AND glasses

I have been going here for years and travel down from northern BC to get my glasses and frames. They have excellent product choices, high end lens choices and their staff are excellent.Kyla, their manager is wonderful to work with always giving honest feedback when I’m looking for frames and making suggestions to ensure I get quality lens with the latest technology as far as tints , and the choice of progressive lens. This is the only place both my husband and I use. Thanks for being so easy to work with and genuine.
Cottonwood Image Optometry has knowledgeable staff who care for their customers and offer excellent customer service. They take their time and give honest feedback. Highly recommend.
