David arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and spent an hour inspecting our old fireplace and chimney. He was extremely patient in answering our many questions about the relative expense and process required to either refurbish the fireplace insert. He was able to provide ballpark estimates of both options at the time, and did not attempt to “up sell” us on the most expensive scenario. He took his time and provided great customer service.
